Travel Pedalboard & Speaker

February 25, 2019

For quick in and out gigs and playing background music in restaurants and such I have a nice quick easy set up. Only the speaker and Blue tooth Bose Receiver need ac they are QSC CP 8 and Bose Bluetooth receiver.

The pedalboard and Wireless do not need ac they run on rechargeable batteries. The paddleboard is powered by the pedal train Volto 2 system, and the Sennheiser XSW instrument transmitter and receiver or rechargeable via USB type three cables.

The Pedalboard Settings to QSC CP 8 speaker.

Sennheiser XSW-D Instrument Base Set Digital Wireless Guitar System

February 6, 2019

After a few attempts at a small portable gig rig with easy in and out and quick set up I think I found it. It’s the Sennheiser XSW-D Transmitter & Receiver Instrument Base Set, Córdoba45 FP with LR Baggs Lyric Classical Pickup, and Bose S1 Pro. No AC needed to Power this system.

It’s easy to charge. The initial charge takes about 2hrs to get to 100%(note you will need an additional USB A- USB-C) Cable if you want to charge both at the same time as well as the wall plug. I can say after getting a full charge the system worked perfectly for my 30 min test. I will be putting the system through it’s paces this week. For my test I used a Cordoba 45FP with LR Baggs Lyric Pickup to a Bose S1Pro Speaker.

L.R Baggs Venue DI

October 11, 2018

I have been so happy with my Córdoba 45FP guitar that has the L.R. Baggs Lyric Classical Tru-Mic installed. I am also using the L.R. Baggs Venue DI to eq the system. I have put this all into full time gig rotation now. I don’t leave the house without it.

After a few gigs with the L.R. Baggs Venue I decidedly was time to have it on a Pedaltrain Metro 24 Board. I am able to go direct to a powered speaker of mixer with this system.

The board is a Line 6 G30 Receiver to the L.R. Baggs Venue DI, Boss RV-500, Digitech Jam Man Stereo, BBE Sonic Stomp back to L.R. Baggs Venue then out via XLR.

Córdoba 45FP w/ L.R. Baggs Lyric Classical

September 30, 2018

So as the years have gone by and I have some real experience under my fingers I enjoy a easy load in and quick set up. I also don’t want to take my prized hand made guitars such as my 2008 Devoe or 2017 Culpepper Flamenco guitars out at times. Sometimes it hot sunny and humid outside too. Then there’s the tight under the air conditioning vent type gigs. So I like to roll in with one trip from car to stage of performance area. I want a reliable gig worthy day in and out flamenco travel guitar, internal pickup system, mixer, pedals & wireless and speaker or speakers. What I’ve landed on is the Córdoba 45FP with L.R. Baggs Lyric Classical mic.

From the output of the L.R. Baggs Lyric Classical I go to the L.R. Baggs Align Series with two TC Electronic pedals the “Spark & Ditto” theres also a Line 6 G30 Wireless Receiver underneath the pedalboard.

or Direct to the Bose T4S Mixer

From the pedalboard or Bose T4S the speakers are either the Bose S1 Pro Speakers or EV Evolve 50.

I also like to go direct to the EV Evolve 50 direct or from Bose T4S Mixer.
