Travel Pedalboard & Speaker

February 25, 2019

For quick in and out gigs and playing background music in restaurants and such I have a nice quick easy set up. Only the speaker and Blue tooth Bose Receiver need ac they are QSC CP 8 and Bose Bluetooth receiver.

The pedalboard and Wireless do not need ac they run on rechargeable batteries. The paddleboard is powered by the pedal train Volto 2 system, and the Sennheiser XSW instrument transmitter and receiver or rechargeable via USB type three cables.

The Pedalboard Settings to QSC CP 8 speaker.

Sennheiser XSW-D Instrument Base Set Digital Wireless Guitar System

February 6, 2019

After a few attempts at a small portable gig rig with easy in and out and quick set up I think I found it. It’s the Sennheiser XSW-D Transmitter & Receiver Instrument Base Set, Córdoba45 FP with LR Baggs Lyric Classical Pickup, and Bose S1 Pro. No AC needed to Power this system.

It’s easy to charge. The initial charge takes about 2hrs to get to 100%(note you will need an additional USB A- USB-C) Cable if you want to charge both at the same time as well as the wall plug. I can say after getting a full charge the system worked perfectly for my 30 min test. I will be putting the system through it’s paces this week. For my test I used a Cordoba 45FP with LR Baggs Lyric Pickup to a Bose S1Pro Speaker.

L.R. Baggs Venue DI & Lyric (Classical)

October 23, 2014

I have for years been looking for that usable tone live that excites me as well as the audience, I have found that sound that inspires me to “Just Play” and push the limits. The new gear that is helping so much is the L.R. Lr Baggs Lyric (Classical) and LR Baggs Venue DI. On my Córdoba 45FP and Bose L1S system the sound is just amazing.

Cordoba 45FP with L.R. Baggs Lyric pickup (Yes)

October 19, 2014

I was very pleasantly surprised by the sound of this fantastic pick up (L.R. Baggs Lyric). When placed and tuned properly it truly depicts a true sound as a microphone would of a nylon string guitar in my case in Córdoba 45FP, the glops and taps sound good too. (Gryphon Stringed Instruments in Palo Alto (650) 493-2131 211 Lambert Ave Palo Alto, CA 94306) has always treated me wonderfully. This morning I was greeted by none other then Frank Ford then James Hingston who did a fantastic install as well as explaining to me the benefits of this pick up. As I got back to Fresno by 3:30pm I was able to try the pick up with my system and it sounds fantastic looking forward to my 7 o’clock start time this evening. Since my return back east I have been able to try the Lyric with my home studio set up Pro Tools 11 on Mac Pro and Dig 002 Rack, awesome results and then to my Bose L1S with Tone Match mixer are fantastic, I also attached my pedalboard and line 6 Wirless with great results.
